Binibining Pilipinas 1965 was the second edition of the Binibining Pilipinas pageant, held at the Araneta Coliseum in Quezon City, Philippines on 4 July 1965. Myrna Panlilio crowned Louise Vail Aurelio of Iloilo City as Binibining Pilipinas 1965. Isabel Barnett Santos was first runner-up and Sheba Mulok was second runner-up. Twenty-one candidates competed. Eddie Ilarde hosted, with performances by Diomedes Maturan and the Reycard Duet.
