Binibining Pilipinas 1966 was the third edition of the Binibining Pilipinas pageant, held at the Araneta Coliseum in Quezon City, Philippines on 1 July 1966. Maria Clarinda Soriano of Bacoor was crowned by outgoing titleholder Louise Vail Aurelio. Elizabeth Luciano Winsett finished as first runner-up and Lillian Elizabeth Carriedo as second runner-up. Twenty-five candidates competed. The event was hosted by Cris De Vera and Pete Cruzado, with performances by Jean Lopez, Eddie Mesa, and Reycard Duet.
