The eighth edition of the Concurso Nacional de Belleza de Colombia (Señorita Colombia) was held on 12 November 1959 at the Naval Base Coliseum in Cartagena de Indias. María Stella Márquez Zawadzky (Miss Nariño) won the title Miss Colombia 1959 and was crowned by Luz Marina Zuluaga, Vicereine of the 1957 edition, Miss Colombia 1958, and Miss Universe 1958.
