On 1963-11-12, the National Beauty Contest of Colombia held its 11th edition in Cartagena de Indias at Teatro Cartagena. Leonor Duplat Sanjuán (Miss Cúcuta) won the title Miss Colombia 1963-1964 and was crowned by Martha Ligia Restrepo.
