The 13th edition of the Concurso Nacional de Belleza de Colombia (Señorita Colombia 1965) took place on 21 November 1965 in Cartagena. Edna Margarita Rudd Lucena, Miss Ibagué and originally from Armero, won the title and was crowned at the Teatro Cartagena by her predecessor, Martha Cecilia Calero.
