The Concurso Nacional de Belleza de Colombia (Señorita Colombia 1966) was held on 12 November 1966 in Cartagena de Indias, marking the 14th edition of the national pageant. Elsa María Garrido Cajiao, representing Cauca, was crowned Señorita Colombia 1966 by her predecessor Edna Margarita Rudd. This edition marked a return to selecting contestants by departments (plus the city of Bogotá) after three years (1963–1965) of city-based selection.
