Miss Colombia 1967–1968 (XV edition) was held in Cartagena de Indias on 12 November 1967. Fifteen candidates competed. Miss Atlántico, Luz Helena Restrepo González, won the title and was crowned by her predecessor Elsa María Garrido Cajiao. Departments returning included Boyacá, Caldas, Huila, Magdalena, and Sucre; Quindío withdrew.
