Señorita Colombia 1968-1969, the 16th edition of the Concurso Nacional de Belleza de Colombia, was held in Cartagena de Indias on 11 November 1968. Miss Valle, Margarita María Reyes Zawadzky, won the title and was crowned by the outgoing queen, Luz Helena Restrepo González.
