The 24th edition of the Concurso Nacional de Belleza de Colombia was held on 1976-11-11 in Cartagena de Indias. Aura María Mojica Salcedo (Miss Valle) won the title Señorita Colombia 1976 and was crowned by her predecessor, María Helena Reyes. Fifteen contestants competed; Arauca and Córdoba withdrew, while Cauca, Cundinamarca, and Magdalena returned.
