The 25th edition of the Concurso Nacional de Belleza de Colombia (Señorita Colombia) was held on 1977-11-12 in Cartagena de Indias. Mary Shirley Sáenz Starnes, Miss Bogotá, won the Miss Colombia 1977 title and was crowned by her predecessor, Aura María Mojica.
