Miss Colombia 1981–1982 (29th edition) was held on 14 November 1981 at Teatro Cartagena in Cartagena de Indias, Colombia. María Teresa Gómez Fajardo of Antioquia won the title and was crowned by outgoing queen Nini Johanna Soto. This was the last edition of the pageant staged at Teatro Cartagena.
