Miss Colombia 1983-1984, the 31st edition of the Concurso Nacional de Belleza de Colombia, was held on 12 November 1983 at the Convention Center in Cartagena de Indias, Colombia. Susana Caldas Lemaitre (Miss Bolívar) won the title and was crowned by Julie Pauline Sáenz Starnes.
