The 43rd edition of the Concurso Nacional de Belleza (Señorita Colombia) was held on 13 November 1995 at the Julio César Turbay Convention Center in Cartagena de Indias, Colombia. Twenty contestants competed. Tatiana Leonor Castro Abuchaibe, Señorita Colombia 1994–1995 (Cesar), crowned Lina María Gaviria Forero (Meta) as her successor. The event was broadcast live by Canal A of Inravisión, programmed by RCN Televisión, hosted by Fernando González Pacheco and María Cecilia Botero, with a performance by Gloria Estefan.
