The 51st edition of Miss Colombia (Señorita Colombia) culminated with the election and coronation night on 17 November 2003 at the Cartagena de Indias Convention Center in Cartagena, Colombia. Miss Valle, Catherine Daza Manchola, was crowned Miss Colombia 2003–2004, receiving the title from outgoing queen Diana Lucía Mantilla Prada. Twenty-two contestants competed in this edition organized by the Concurso Nacional de Belleza de Colombia.
