Miss Colombia 2005-2006, the 53rd edition of the Concurso Nacional de Belleza de Colombia, held its election and coronation gala on November 14, 2005 at the Julio Cesar Turbay Ayala Convention Center in Cartagena de Indias. Valerie Domínguez Tarud of Atlántico won the title, receiving the crown from her predecessor and cousin Adriana Cecilia Tarud Durán.
