The 54th Concurso Nacional de Belleza de Colombia (Señorita Colombia 2006) took place on 13 November 2006 at the Getsemaní Auditorium of the Julio César Turbay Ayala Convention Center in Cartagena de Indias, Colombia. During the election and coronation gala, Miss Colombia 2005, Valerie Domínguez Tarud, crowned Miss Cesar, Eileen Roca Torralvo, as Miss Colombia 2006–2007. Twenty-three contestants competed, the show was broadcast by RCN Televisión, hosted by Carolina Cruz and Carlos Calero, with a performance by David Bisbal.
