The 63rd edition of the Concurso Nacional de Belleza de Colombia (Señorita Colombia 2015–16) was held on 16 November 2015 in Cartagena de Indias, Colombia, at the Auditorio Getsemaní – Centro de Convenciones Julio César Turbay Ayala. At the end of the event, outgoing titleholder Ariadna María Gutiérrez Arévalo crowned Jealisse Andrea Tovar Velásquez of Chocó as Señorita Colombia 2015–2016. The gala was presented by Andrea Serna, Ariadna Gutiérrez and Carlos Calero, featured performances by Manuel Medrano and Silvestre Dangond, and was broadcast by RCN Televisión.
