Mexicana Universal 2020 was the 3rd edition of the Mexicana Universal pageant, held at Hotel Misión Juriquilla in the city of Santiago de Querétaro, Querétaro, on November 29, 2020. Thirty contestants competed for the national title, which was won by Andrea Meza of Chihuahua; she later won Miss Universe 2020 in Florida, becoming the third Mexican to take that crown. Meza was crowned by Claudia Lozano, runner-up of Mexicana Universal 2019. Additional titles went to Ángeles Castro (Nuestra Latinoamericana Universal México 2021), Karen Bustos (Mexicana Charm 2020) and Andrea Bazarte (Mexicana Hispanoamericana 2021). Due to COVID-19, the event moved from June to November and was the first edition broadcast by Imagen Televisión. This edition introduced a rule allowing former state queens to compete again. On May 31, 2021, Débora Hallal (Sinaloa), the 2020 runner-up, was designated Mexicana Universal 2021.
