The 9th edition of Miss América Latina del Mundo was held on 26 October 1990 in San Salvador, El Salvador. Seventeen contestants from Latin American countries and territories competed over two weeks. At the end of the event, Suzanne Hannaux of El Salvador, Miss América Latina del Mundo 1989, crowned Vanessa Holler of Venezuela as Miss América Latina del Mundo 1990.
