The 10th edition of Miss América Latina del Mundo was held on November 12, 1991 in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Eighteen contestants from Latin American countries and territories competed over two weeks. At the end of the event, outgoing queen Vanessa Holler of Venezuela (Miss América Latina del Mundo 1990) crowned Elena Bellido of Perú as Miss América Latina del Mundo 1991.
