The 21st edition of Miss América Latina del Mundo concluded on 2004-11-26 in Punta Cana, República Dominicana. Twenty contestants competed over two weeks. At the end of the event, outgoing titleholder Gamalis Fermín of Puerto Rico crowned Mariela Ramos of Paraguay as Miss América Latina del Mundo 2004. The runners-up were Graciela Stanley (Estados Unidos) and Rosa Beltrán (México).
