The 26th edition of Miss América Latina del Mundo was held on 2010-06-05 at the Teatro Taino Hotel Barceló in Punta Cana, República Dominicana, with 28 contestants from countries and autonomous territories competing over two weeks. At the end of the event, Johanna Solano of Costa Rica (Miss América Latina del Mundo 2009) crowned Carolina Lemus of Colombia as Miss América Latina del Mundo 2010.
