The 32nd edition of Miss América Latina del Mundo was held on 29 September 2018 at the Barceló Bávaro Palace in Punta Cana, República Dominicana. Twenty-one contestants competed over two weeks leading up to the final. Elicena Andrada Orrego of España Latina, Miss América Latina del Mundo 2017, crowned Nadine Teresa Verhulp of Holanda as Miss América Latina del Mundo 2018. The event was broadcast online via the pageant’s website, Facebook, and YouTube.
