The 33rd edition of Miss América Latina del Mundo was held on 2019-09-21 at the Occidental Punta Cana in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. Twenty-two contestants from countries and autonomous territories competed over two weeks. At the end of the event, Miss América Latina del Mundo 2018, Nadine Teresa Verhulp of the Netherlands, crowned Nancy Gómez of the United States as Miss América Latina del Mundo 2019. The pageant was broadcast via the pageant’s website, Facebook page, and YouTube to more than 150 countries.
