The 36th edition of Miss América Latina del Mundo was held on October 12, 2023 at the Occidental Caribe Resort in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. Eighteen contestants from countries and autonomous territories competed over two weeks. At the end of the event, Miss América Latina del Mundo 2022, María Fátima Gaspar Lopes of Portugal, crowned her successor. The pageant was streamed via the official website, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
