Miss Brazil 1974 was the 21st edition of the Miss Brasil pageant, held on 21 June 1974 at Ginásio Presidente Médici in Brasília. Miss Brasil 1973, Sandra Mara Ferreira of São Paulo, crowned Sandra Guimarães de Oliveira of São Paulo as the winner. The winner represented Brazil at Miss Universe 1974; the runner-up went to Miss International 1974 and the third place to Miss World 1974. The event was broadcast by Rede Tupi, despite not appearing in the network’s schedules for Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo.
