Miss Brasil 1985 was the 32nd edition of Miss Brasil, serving as the national qualifier for Miss Universe 1985. The event was televised by SBT and hosted by Silvio Santos, featuring musical performances by Alcione, the Spanish singer Manolo Otero, and the band Metrô. Twenty-five states, the Federal District, and Fernando de Noronha competed. The outgoing titleholder was Ana Elisa Flores (Miss Brasil 1984), and the winner was Márcia Gabrielle of Mato Grosso.
