Miss Brazil 1992 was the 38th edition of Miss Brazil, selecting the country’s representative for Miss Universe 1992. Organized by Marlene Brito, it featured 26 contestants representing Brazilian federative units. The final was held on March 24 at the Olympia venue in São Paulo, with Miss Universe 1991, Lupita Jones, in attendance. Patrícia Godói, Miss Brazil 1991, crowned Maria Carolina Portella Otto of Paraná as the winner.
