Miss Brasil 1997 was the 43rd edition of the Miss Brasil pageant, held on 1997-04-19 at the Rio Poty Hotel in Teresina, Piauí. It was broadcast regionally by the defunct Rede Manchete. Miss Brasil 1996, Maria Joana Parizotto of Paraná, crowned Nayla Micherif of Minas Gerais as the winner.
