Miss Brasil 2000 was the 46th edition of the Miss Brasil pageant, held on 6 April 2000 at Scala Rio in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. The event was broadcast regionally by CNT and hosted by Márcia Gabrielle and Edilásio Júnior. Renata Fan, Miss Brasil 1999, crowned Josiane Kruliskoski of Mato Grosso as the winner at the end of the competition.
