Miss Brazil 2001 was the 47th edition of Miss Brasil, held on 2001-03-26 at Hotel Glória in Rio de Janeiro. Twenty-seven contestants competed; Juliana Borges of Rio Grande do Sul won and was crowned by Miss Brazil 2000 Josiane Kruliskoski. The event was broadcast regionally by CNT and hosted by Nayla Micherif and Edilásio Júnior. Borges drew notable media attention for publicly acknowledging numerous plastic surgeries before the pageant.
