Miss Brasil 2002 was the 48th edition of the national pageant, held on 2002-04-13 at the Ribalta event space in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Broadcast by Rede TV!, it was hosted by Nayla Micherif and Edilásio Júnior, with Chris Durán as the musical attraction. Initially crowned winner Joseane Oliveira (Rio Grande do Sul) was later dethroned for being married, and first runner-up Taíza Thomsen (Santa Catarina) assumed the title.
