Miss Brasil 2005, the 51st edition of the national pageant, was held on 2005-04-14 in the Golden Room of the Copacabana Palace in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Broadcast by Band, it was hosted by Nayla Micherif alongside Floribella actors Roger Gobeth, Juliana Silveira, Maria Carolina Ribeiro and Igor Cotrim, with a pre-show by Astrid Fontenelle. Carina Beduschi of Santa Catarina won the title, crowned by outgoing Miss Brasil 2004 Fabiane Niclotti. Musical performances included Simoninha and Bossacucanova. The live show started at 22:30 and concluded at 00:30 on 2005-04-15.
