Miss Brasil 2007, the 53rd edition of the national pageant, took place on 2007-04-14 at Vivo Rio in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Hosted by Nayla Micherif and Guilherme Arruda, with commentary by Renata Fan, the show featured a performance by the band RPM. Rafaela Zanella (Miss Brasil 2006) and Miss Universe 2006 Zuleyka Rivera took part in the coronation. Natália Guimarães of Minas Gerais won the title.
