Miss Brazil 2010 was the 56th Miss Brasil pageant, held on 8 May 2010 at the Memorial da América Latina in São Paulo, Brazil. Débora Lyra of Minas Gerais was crowned by outgoing titleholder Larissa Costa. The live telecast on Band was hosted by Nayla Micherif and Otávio Mesquita, with musical performances by Latino, Marina Elali and Léo Maia. Miss Universe 2009 Stefanía Fernández attended and served on the judging panel.
