Miss Brasil 2012, the 58th edition of the pageant, was held on 2012-09-29 at the Centro de Eventos do Ceará in Fortaleza, Ceará, Brazil. Broadcast by Band and hosted by Adriane Galisteu and Sérgio Marone, the competition crowned Gabriela Markus of Rio Grande do Sul as Miss Brasil 2012, with Kelly Fonseca (Rio Grande do Norte) as first runner-up and Thiessa Sickert (Minas Gerais) third. The show featured a musical performance by Gaby Amarantos.
