Miss Brasil 2014 was the 60th edition of the national pageant, held on 2014-09-27 at the Centro de Eventos do Ceará in Fortaleza, Brazil. Organized by Enter Entertainment Experience (Grupo Bandeirantes) and televised nationwide by Rede Bandeirantes, the event selected Brazil’s representative for Miss Universe 2014 in Miami. Hosted by André Vasco and Renata Fan, with backstage commentary by Patrícia Maldonado. Jakelyne Oliveira (Miss Brasil 2013) crowned Melissa Gurgel of Ceará as the winner. Azerbaijani singer Emin performed as the musical attraction.
