Miss Brazil 2017 was the 63rd edition of Miss Brasil, held on 19 August 2017 at Teatro Vermelhos in Ilhabela, São Paulo, with national broadcast by Rede Bandeirantes and Band.com.br. Twenty-seven contestants representing all Brazilian states and the Federal District competed. Monalysa Alcântara of Piauí won the title, crowned by her predecessor Raissa Santana, marking Piauí’s first Miss Brazil victory since the state’s first participation in 1956. Monalysa later competed at Miss Universe 2017, placing in the Top 10.
