Miss Continente Americano 2006 was the first edition of the Miss Continente Americano pageant, held in Guayaquil, Ecuador on 2006-08-28. Mía Taveras of the Dominican Republic won the title. Twenty-one contestants competed, with Fatimih Dávila (Uruguay) as 1st runner-up and Dayana Colmenares (Venezuela) as 2nd runner-up.
