Miss Continente Americano 2012 was the seventh edition of the pageant, held on 2012-09-29 at the Palacio de Cristal in Guayaquil, Ecuador. At the end of the event, Claudia Schiess (Miss Continente Americano 2011, Ecuador) crowned Kamilla Serakides of Brazil as the winner. The competition featured 21 candidates.
