Miss Continentes Unidos 2015 was the 10th edition of the pageant, held on 12 September 2015 at the Teatro Centro Cívico Eloy Alfaro in Guayaquil, Ecuador. Twenty-eight contestants competed over two weeks. Geisha Nathali Montes de Oca Robles (Miss Continentes Unidos 2014, Dominican Republic) crowned Nathália Paiva Lago of Brazil as the winner. The event was broadcast live in Ecuador by Gamavisión, carried by various networks in multiple countries, and streamed online worldwide.
