Miss Continentes Unidos 2019 was the 14th edition of the Miss Continentes Unidos pageant, held on 2019-09-28 at the Teatro Centro de Arte León Febres-Cordero in Guayaquil, Ecuador. Thirty-one contestants competed over two weeks. Andrea Sáenz, Miss Continentes Unidos 2018 from México, crowned Anairis Cadavid Ardila of Colombia as the winner. The event was broadcast in Ecuador by Gamavisión and through various international networks.
