Miss Continentes Unidos 2022 was the 15th edition of the Miss Continentes Unidos pageant, held on 2022-08-06 at Parque Las Vegas in Portoviejo, Ecuador. Twenty-five contestants competed. At the end of the event, Joanna Camelle Mercado of the Philippines was crowned the winner, succeeding Anairis Cadavid Ardila (Miss Continentes Unidos 2019) of Colombia. The final was broadcast in Ecuador by Gamavisión.
