Miss Cosmo 2024 was the inaugural edition of the Miss Cosmo pageant, held at Saigon Riverside Park in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Events ran from 15 September to 5 October 2024, with the grand finale on 5 October. Fifty-six contestants competed and Ketut Permata Juliastrid of Indonesia won the title. The show was hosted by Kylie Verzosa and Bùi Đức Bảo, featured performances by Hồ Ngọc Hà and Shontelle, and was broadcast on AXN, YouTube, VTV9, and VieON.
