Miss Earth Venezuela 2009 (also known as Miss Sambil Model Venezuela 2009) was the fifth edition of the pageant, held on 12 June 2009 at Centro Sambil Margarita in Pampatar, Margarita Island, Venezuela. At the conclusion, Daniela Torrealba crowned Jessica Barboza of Maracaibo as the winner. Barboza later represented Venezuela at Miss Earth 2009, placing as Miss Water (2nd runner-up). This was the final edition before the Miss Venezuela Organization took over the franchise.
