Miss Earth 2018, the 18th edition of Miss Earth, was held on November 3, 2018 at the SM Mall of Asia Arena in Pasay, Metro Manila, Philippines. Karen Ibasco of the Philippines crowned Nguyễn Phương Khánh of Vietnam as Miss Earth 2018, the first Vietnamese winner of the pageant.
