Miss Earth 2022, the 22nd edition of the Miss Earth pageant, was held on 29 November 2022 at Okada Manila in Parañaque, Metro Manila, Philippines. The competition returned to a standard live format in the Philippines for the first time since 2019 following eased COVID-19 travel restrictions. Destiny Wagner of Belize crowned Mina Sue Choi of South Korea as Miss Earth 2022, marking South Korea’s first Miss Earth title. Sheridan Mortlock (Australia) was crowned Miss Earth-Air, Nadeen Ayoub (Palestine) Miss Earth-Water, and Andrea Aguilera (Colombia) Miss Earth-Fire. Eighty-five contestants participated. The event was hosted by James Deakin with Angelia Ong, Karen Ibasco, and Nellys Pimentel.
