Miss Eco International 2019, the fifth edition of the pageant, was held on 2019-03-29 at Al Masa Capital Hotel, Teiatro Masr in Cairo, Egypt. At the end of the event, outgoing queen Cynthia Magpatoc Thomalla of the Philippines crowned Peru’s Suheyn Cipriani as Miss Eco International 2019. Cipriani was later dethroned due to pregnancy; after the first runner-up declined the title, the crown was assumed by Amy Nurthinie Aziz of Malaysia.
