Miss Eco International 2021 was the sixth edition of Miss Eco International, held on April 4, 2021 at Baron Resort Sharm El Sheikh, Egypt. Originally scheduled for March 23–April 11, 2020, it was postponed due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Gizzelle Mandy Uys of South Africa won the title, marking South Africa’s first Miss Eco International crown.
