Miss Eco International 2023 was the 8th edition of the Miss Eco International pageant, held on March 3, 2023 at the Triumph Luxury Hotel in Cairo, Egypt. Forty contestants competed, and at the end of the event Kathleen Joy Paton of the Philippines crowned Nguyen Thanh Ha of Vietnam as the winner.
